Consultancy Service for Mid Term Evaluation of SFBCNRM Project
The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTFEC) would like to invite eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing consultancy services to carry out the Mid-term Evaluation on the implementation of the project, Sustainable Financing for Biodiversity Conservation & Natural Resource Management (SFBCNRM)
Interested individual consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, general qualifications and so forth). The consultancy is estimated to complete within a period of thirty (30) working days.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants, January 2011.

Interested consultants may obtain the Terms of Reference and further information at the address stated below during office hours from 0900 am to 0500 pm.
Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below by 21st September 2016.
