The BTFEC Secretariat is pleased to welcome Mr. Ugyen Lhendup as the new Chief Program Officer for the Program Division with effect from 01^st January 2016.

Mr. Ugyen Lhendup has previously served as Project Coordinator at the RSPN before joining the BTFEC Secretariat.
