REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTFEC) is pleased to invite Request for Proposals from eligible Bhutanese Consultancy Firms and Individual Consultants respectively, to indicate their interest in providing consultancy services for the following tasks.

  • Gap Analysis & Revision of Relevant Frameworks – consultancy firm

Interested consultancy firms must provide information indicating that the firm is qualified to perform/provide services, chiefly:

  1. Qualified consultants to undertake the assignments
  2. General qualifications of the consultants
  3. Description and experience in similar projects/areas

The consultancy is estimated to complete within ten (10) working days, spread over a period of two months, from 01 November 2018 through 31 December 2018.

  • Revision of BTFEC Program Operational Norms (PONs) – individual consultant

Interested individual consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide services (general academic qualification & competence, description of assignments and experience in similar projects/areas.)

The consultancy is estimated to complete within fifteen (15) working days, spread over a period of two months, from 01 November 2018 through 31 December 2018.

The consultancy firm/consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in BTFEC’s procurement manual (OM 2016.)
