Terms and Condition for Printing SP-III Book
- The rates quoted shall be C.I.F. Thimphu. Rates quoted shall be exclusive of all taxes.
- The rates quoted shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of tender opening.
- Supply of materials shall be completed within 30 days from the date of issue of every purchase order.
- Materials to be supplied shall conform with the specifications and subject to testing as may be necessary.
- Purchaser reserves the right to reject all or any of the quotations without assigning any reasons therefore.
- Successful tenderer shall be required to furnish security deposit, which shall be at the rate of 7% of the purchase orders.
- If the selected bidder fails to supply the full quantity of the bid the purchaser shall recover, as liquidated damages, the difference between the contracted rates and the actual price paid by the purchaser, for the quantity not supplied.
- Quotations shall be supported with the earnest money equal to 5% of the quoted value only, which unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded on finalization of the tender.
