TERMS OF REFERENCES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTFEC) would like to invite eligible Individual Consultants to provide consultancy services for the following:
- Evaluation of Sustainable Land Management (SLM) to enhance climate resilience and food security in Bhutan (35 working days)
- Development of innovative and sustainable financing mechanism for financing Climate Change projects including Sustainable Land Management projects to enhance climate resilience and food security in Bhutan (30 working days)
Interested Individual Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, qualifications and so forth). The consultancy is estimated to complete within a period of thirty-five (35) and thirty (30) working days, respectively for the above-mentioned consultancies. Consultants are requested to submit either of the above tasks. Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants, July 2014.
